Establishing an egalitarian society thereby diminishing the social maladies viz., extortion, deprivation, discrimination, exploitation and atrocities etc. We visualize developing the human resources so that they in turn will judiciously and scientifically controlling, managing, using and owning the existing natural resources.

Strategy
Activate people organization to identify their problem and make them common issue/ activities through mass mobilization & common action. Capacity building and empowerment of CBO/ TG involving resource mobilization, HRD/HRM, tenderization & pro poor policy, advocacy through study & documentation and lobby and campaigning
Objectives
✅ Acting as a developmental bridge between the people and the developmental agencies concerned for providing promotive, curative, preventive and rehabilitative services to the neediest and down trodden community with emphasis to women and children, aged and infirm, CWSN, PWDs, rural artisans, peasants and tribal etc.
✅ Developing the human resources in organizing different awareness, research, capacity building training and multi-action oriented activities so that they in turn will judiciously and scientifically control, use, manage and own the existing natural resources.
✅ Undertaking multi-faceted activities relating to promotion of small family norm, spacing of child birth, population control measures, sustainable community health, poverty reduction, universalization of elementary education & functional literacy.
✅ Implementing several programmes/ projects pertaining to farm and farmers development, livestock development and animal welfare, water resource management and inculcation of scientific attitude that leads to community empowerment.
✅ Promoting and strengthening homogenous self-help groups thereby linking them with different research and technical, entrepreneurial, market along with financial and micro financial institutions for achieving self-sustenance in long run.
✅ Conducting several programmes with intervention of S&T and R&D measures that promotes universal brotherhood, communal harmony, national integration, population explosion and poverty alleviation etc.
✅ Undertaking area saturated integrated development projects with respect to the diversified felt needs of the community people through their joint need assessment, participatory rural appraisal, resource mapping, matrix ranking and collective initiation.

Intervention
💡 The key interventional area of the organisation is awareness raising, community capacity building, fact finding and applied research, multi-dimensional action oriented and referral activities for human resource dev. and natural resource management with emphasis to land, water, forest, and human resource.
💡 Through awareness raising the organization sensitizes and awakens the community people regarding the amended plan, program, scheme, policy and procedure being initiated by the Government, civil society organizations and developmental partners for dev. and empowerment of the resource poor communities with emphasis to women, children, adolescents, youth, aged and infirm, physically challenged persons, children with disability, peasants, rural artisans, construction workers, migrant laborers and other stake holders.
💡 Through capacity building the organization capacitates the SHG leaders and its members on record maintenance, resolution of inter and intra conflicts, enhancement of managerial ability, leadership skill, entrepreneurship development, effective thrift and credit management and pooling external resources as and when required for sustenance of the group in long run.
💡 Through fact finding and applied research the organisation collects, tabulates, analyses, and interprets the raw-datas collected from the field through primary and secondary sources and kept those datas in the data bank for implementing different activities.
💡 Through multi-dimensional action oriented activities the organisation undertakes different issue based activities with respect to the felt needs of the community through their active participation, priority ranking and public private partnership model.
💡 Through referral services the organisation refers the deserving and needy clients at several primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of developmental partners for ameliorative measures.
